The Rules of TNA

THE RULES OF TNA

*NOTE: These rules govern TNA Members ONLY.

It's not possible to 'out' someone who is not a member of this community! However, we still do not want full unadvertised phone numbers or other personal details publicly displayed for general privacy reasons.
When you break the rules of TNA you may receive a warning from our staff members. Our warning system has an inbuilt suspension/ban function. Multiple warnings will result in a suspension or ban based on a point system.
Each warning will give the user 1 point. Each point gained will result in a longer suspension, once a user reaches 5 points, the user will be permanently banned.
Warning points reset every 3 months.

Warnings, suspensions and bans will be given at staff members discretion based on the severity of the infraction.

Warning Points.

1 Point ( Warning )
2 Points ( 24 Hour Suspension )
3 Points ( 7 Day Suspension )
4 Points ( 30 Day Suspension )
5 Points ( Total Ban )

THE RULES

(R1) Do not out!

Do not under any circumstances publicly post real names, addresses, locations, unadvertised phone numbers, personal photos without consent, etc, or links that would reveal any of this information. You may post partial phone numbers with at least 3 digits blurred out (ex:555-***-5555) and provide your contact information for inquiring parties to contact you privately for the rest. A warning may be given if the outing is deemed malicious in nature.
(R2) Do not harass!

This is one of the most difficult rules to establish and uphold, however, we will do our best to make fair and accurate assessments of these reports. You may not always like our decisions. That being said, do not excessively attack other members with name calling, taunting, or other forms of childlike behavior. Do not create a thread specifically bashing another user. Do not incite others to act in the above manner. To avoid violating this rule try and avoid drama. Last but not least, do not make accusations about someone's lifestyle or health status unless you can provide physical proof to back up the claim.
(R3) Do not not be racist or homophobic!

There are a lot of hateful people out there, we get it. If you didn't get it all out during your last clan meeting then try running a few more laps at the gym. Just keep it off the board.
(R4) Do not be a pedophile!
Photos of children are not permitted any where on this website for any reason. Any references to pedophilia in anyway will violate this rule. That includes, but is not limited to: publicly accusing someone of pedophilia without proof, posting photos with minors in the background, using an avatar with a minor on it, posting pedo links, mentioning minors in posts etc. Please report any suspicious activity of this kind to TNA staff members or www.asacp.org.
(R5) Do not spam!
Do not solicit other websites or services publicly via post or privately through our PM system, chat system, or through our in-line emailing system without proper clearance to avoid being considered a spammer. If you would like to advertise with us, please create an account.
Accounts caught spamming will be banned at the discretion of TNA staff members.
Exceptions
Ladies: Linking to your personal website will not violate this rule.
(R6) Do not have alt accounts!
Multiple handles are prohibited. Anyone found operating under an alternate handle will have that handle banned and their original account will be suspended for a time determined by TNA staff members. Anyone operating under an alternate handle in order to skirt a ban on their original handle will either have the alt account banned and a 1 month ban extension will be applied to the original ban duration.

Multiple infractions will result in your accounts being permanently banned.
(R7) Do not crap on ads or reviews!

Any member found leaving unwanted comments on ads are subjected to this rule. Any user found leaving negative comments on positive reviews are subject to this rule. If you have had a bad experience with a provider, create your own review/alert.
(R8) Do not threaten!

It's easy to get hot under the collar with some of the people on the board, trust us - we know, but posting public threats of violence, outing, and above all else threatening a user's family members will not go down well with TNA staff members.
Your threats may result in your account being permanently banned.
(R9) Do not make public appointments!

If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our advertisers do so through the email addresses, phone numbers, or websites they have listed in their ads or profile, or through our "conversation" system. DO NOT publicly post asking for or confirming specific times or locations.
(R10) Do not mention drugs!

The discussion of the use, sale, purchase, or trade of drugs is prohibited even in states where certain drugs are currently legal, as it is still against federal law. Gentlemen posting ISOs for drugs, or offering to sell or trade drugs for services is in violation of this rule. Ladies posting ads stating that they will provide services in exchange for drugs, including marijuana, or any terminology referencing the use or distribution of drugs will be in violation of this rule. Additionally, unfounded accusations of drug use or addiction may also violate this rule and will certainly violate R2 (See above).
(R11)T Please respect privacy!
Do not post direct captures of any content you've received in a manner in which the sender had a reasonable expectation of privacy. This includes, but is not limited to: PMs, emails, text messages, private chat, mind melds, etc.
(R12) Do not seek revenge!
Revenge is sweet, but not on TNA.
Sometimes life really sucks. People get robbed, stuck in traffic, or some other emergency arises. As a result you may feel victimized, angry, and out of control. You may think that one type of recourse could be to come on here and violate Rule 1 and 2, causing yourself extra undue stress by forcing us to warn or ban your account. Instead, you are entitled to writing one clear concise explanation of your experience in one of the dedicated "Alert!" sections around the board. You are also entitled to write one review of the experience IF you actually met with the person. Any excess to that will result in a violation of this rule, and probably Rule 2. Trust that people will do their homework, your report will be found in a search, and your story will be heard. You may link your own reviews and alerts to one another in conversations, but you may not link to either of them on other posts etc.
(R13) No shilling!

Please do not create "Who is the best" posts as this encourages shilling.
Anyone found pimping or shilling for a provider by posting fake reviews or trying to set up appointments for another user will be in violation of this rule.
(R14) Do not engage in prostitution!

Providers are not allowed to post sexual acts or abbreviations in the "Donations for Time" or "Specials" section of their profiles or Ads.

The discussion of the exchange of sex for money is not tolerated in any forum, including and especially reviews. Additionally, photographs of sexual acts are not permitted in reviews as well, this includes links to photos or videos.
(R15) Do not deceive!
Deception will not be tolerated on this site. We consider the following as acts of deception.

The use of Ai or Ai manipulated images in advertisements or photo albums.
Using stolen images.
Bait and switch.
Fake reviews/alerts
False reports
(R16) Advertise in the right place!

Please DO NOT advertise in reviews/alerts or discussion forums. If you are unsure of where to post, please Create a Support Ticket.

If you see any of these rules being broken please report the offending post to TNA staff. The staff of this website do not see everything posted and thus it is a group effort to keep things safe and effective for all. If you have any questions or concerns please Create a Support Ticket.

Check back regularly as these rules may be modified at any time and ignorance of the law is no defense.
