New Provider Advice ❤️

Rate this Entry
Please note that this blog is meant to be helpful & ALL advice given here is based on my Personal experience. Opinions may vary. And I Completely respect that! I'm constantly trying to improve myself & believe very strongly that it takes a village. This is merely my contribution.

As far as being a 'good provider' and getting yourself established in the lifestyle, as well as on the board. My advice is as follows.

1) Be Yourself ❤️
Be genuine. Embrace who you are. What makes you Special, Unique, Beautiful & the Best Version of You!!! There's a million of someone else out there. Let the world see who you are & why they should want to know you. People see through fake. Plus it's exhausting. You're AMAZING ❤️ Celebrate That!!!!

2) Be Professional

This is a business. It's a business of people. Be kind, be genuine, Love what you do! But also be Professional!! Be on time, a good communicator, keep your incall clean, give 💯 EVERY time. If for any reason you're Not in a position to be 'That' ..... take a break. If you half ass this, you're friends will know it. Your reputation will tank and it will be difficult to recover.

3) Presentation
Make sure your ads are Clean, uncluttered & answer the Basic question (When - Where - Why - How). Give clear instructions on your preferred method of communication. If you offer incall, travel, etc. Make sure your pictures aren't blurry (you can blur your face if you like). Don't use cutie filters. Guys HATE THAT!! Make sure there's not trash & laundry in the background. Selfies are great! Just be mindful of the above.

4) Reply to reviews
If you enjoyed your visit & they pay you the courtesy of a review, be sure to respond. Let them know they're appreciated and that you look forward to seeing them again. It also helps them with screening for other providers, so it really is a nice thing to do to contribute to the board.

5) Interact with the community
It's Sooooo much fun to be in a colorful community full of friends to interact with. I can't tell you how much I enjoy getting to chat with my buddies without fear of crossing boundaries, or putting someone in a compromising position. It's a Fabulous tool to get to know future guests before an appointment, and an even better way to stay in touch with folks you've already met.

6) Give rep points
I love spreading love through rep. I understand this is a mixed bag, as far as opinions go, but my personal view is it's an easy way to give a virtual hug. Some view it as a popularity ploy, I find it's more of a way to say 'I see you, hear you, get you... Keep being Awesome' 😊

7) Get to know other providers
Network in your community! There is so much talent and beauty here. Reach out to ladies in your town. Have coffee, support each other, refer people, possibly offer duos & partner up. We need to uplift one another. By doing so you strengthen the community & Yourself ❤️

8) Acknowledge wrongdoings
Take constructive criticism when given as intended. Improve whenever & wherever you can. Don't lash out when the universe gives you an opportunity to grow. Take it as a gift. Plant the seed & be grateful for self improvement.

9) Hygeine
I know this seems self explanatory, but be sure to be Clean. Shower as Often as necessary. Keep heavy scents such as perfume, hair spray & smoke to a minimum. If you Do smoke, try to refrain right before an appointment. Smoke stays on hair, clothes & hands. And make sure to mark your profile as a smoker so those who are smoke sensitive won't be offended.

10) Respond in a timely manner
People's time is valuable. If possible, you should always respond within an hour or 2 (within your listed business hours). If you're not interested, busy, or unsure... politely decline. But NEVER leave someone hanging. They've paid you the courtesy of responding to your ad, pay them the courtesy of an answer. Other people have lives too.

11) Don't get involved in Catty banter
Occasionally threads will pop up just begging you to revisit middle school!!!! Avoid verbal battling that isn't warranted. If it's Merely drama for 'drama's sake', move on. You don't want a reputation for being a sh*t starter. If you're passionate about something, a healthy debate is Never a bad thing. But silly nonsense is Not the same. Stay out of that camp.

12) Look to the Ladies
The 'Ladies Lounge' is a place full of Fantastic advice & providers who are ready to help. Read over threads that have already been covered. Put in the time to learn & improve with advice from fellow providers. Reach out & start a thread if there's a topic that hasn't already been covered. I have several providers that are absolutely Fantastic, with a Wealth of information, that I personally look to! Not only when I 1st joined the board, but presently. Remember at the end of the day, it's Not a competition! We all share this space & we're Better together.

13) It Doesn't happen overnight!
Be Patient. Be Consistent. Be Diligent! It takes time. Nobody in this industry became successful in a week!!!! Allow yourself the Grace to learn. It might be 6 months before you feel as though you have a 'clientele'... But it took EVERYONE ELSE that long or longer too!!!! So be Nice to yourself 😊😊😊

14) Self Love 💕
This is the Single MOST IMPORTANT POINT 💯💯💯 If you feel depleted, take a day off. Read a book, take a bath, get a pedi, go for a walk....etc. You can't love others & uplift friends if you're run down & emotionally exhausted. Don't be afraid to take a day, an hour, Whatever, for Mental Health! It's like they always say on the plane....'Put on your OWN mask before your children or neighbors'. If you aren't whole & strong, you can't uplift and love others. Self Love = Is Love.
