Why I'm now going to be using a cancelation policy.

Due to people scheduling and then canceling right before the appointment, I've decided to enforce a cancelation policy. I am tired of wasting time messaging with someone and doing my best to answer their questions and accommodate their requests, and then have it be all for nothing. Often I'll have turned down another appointment thinking I already had plans, only to be canceled on after doing so. That's time and energy I cannot get back and could be putting into a legitimate client or something else worthwhile.
