PM, but cant see it because blocked...?

Hi, totally new at this but have a question. Got a notification for a PM from a provider, but when I go to my inbox I can’t read it because it says the other person or myself has ignored the other? Not sure what I did wrong here but any help appreciated...

I see that I am on their ignored list....I didn’t contact them or anything, is that something that happens or?

Seems like a bug, maybe the ignore function should check when the item is sent, and fail or not depending on ignore status. I bet a lot of people fire off PM rants and then block the person thinking they got "the last word".

I also suggest people set their PM notification to instant via email...
