Basically:

Green => Good positive posts.
Red .==> Bad negative posts -or- behavior.
Gray ==> Neutral Reputation Score


The way you give Reputation bars is by clicking
on the icon that looks like a six pointed star badge
that is located on the bottom Left corner of the
members handle / screen name of each post.

Only Premium members are able to give out the
Red, ( Bad negative bars ) for bad behavior.
