Acronym/Term Guide?

I'm new to TNA, but not "The Scene'. There are a couple of terms and acronyms that get thrown around here that I'm not too clear on.

But doesn't have some of the ones I've seen around here. Like, what's "POC" mean? And "Offer Lessons?"?

Is there a dictionary/lexicon/acronym guide specific for TNA?

POC - People of Color
but not necessarily African American because many ladies mark Yes, but won't see African American Men.

Lessons - French
Although I wish it did really mean lessons, cause there are so many people that need to be schooled on how to find a clit.
