can you delete reviews?

i have a review that i don't like. well not the review but the caption to it.

"To have a review removed both the author and the subject must post on the review that they want it deleted, then 'report' it."

Sounds like the review was fine so maybe after having it deleted he can rewrite the title and essentially resubmit the same review info.
