    Greetings to All

Been searching for a replacement for TER since it was shuttered in the USA.

Still looking around the site to see how it might work for me. I do have a curious question. Can someone tell me what Offering Lessons in a providers profile means? I can think of several meanings, but unsure if any of those are correct.

    Re: Greetings to All

In general, anyone who is "Newbie Friendly" will also "Offer Lessons." Because lessons do not indicate how one navigates this hobby board so much as they indicate the provider's willingness to explain how one navigates the opposite sex. In the 'good old days' most people were married by the time they left home, then in the 60's most people were living together by the time they left home, but either way men and women learned how to navigate living intimately with the opposite sex and keeping themselves out of conflict.

So, in general, offering lessons indicates a provider's willingness to be patient with the uninitiated and to explain the subtle nuances involved in navigating intimate relationships. Providers who are strict and block someone who made a mistake/wrong move are ones who don't offer lessons, and providers who explain that a mistake/wrong move has occurred are providing lessons. Listen to them and learn.
