References vs voucher

How do you get references? And what's the difference with vouchers? I looked around the site but it's not clear thanks

You get references by visiting providers and following protocols. Be respectful and staying within their boundaries. After a successful visit, and if they would like to see you again, they would give you a vouch that you can use as a reference. Good luck!

Thanks, now I understand. I did see a provider and I believe I was very respectful but the website was telling me I had to be registered for a month before someone could vouch for me, or something like that. So now the provider is not listed anymore, I think she even changed her handle. Her handle was natashalamour, very well rated. How do I do? Thanks
