Gfe and Vip

Just curious but whats the difference between a Gfe and a Vip upgrade. I know everybody will have their own version but whats it boil down to in a nut shell?

You already answered it, everyone has their own version. It can't be listed in a nutshell because everybody is different and they all vary widely. The only thing you can do is ask each person you're interested in who is offering this, what their definition is.
