The end seems impossibly close and you look back and theres just too many regrets, too many things you should have would have could have!


Take a time out with me! oxygen mask on first! You cannot take care of everybody if you are not taking care of yourself! Taking time out with me is not selfish, it's selfless. It is therapuetic, restorative and part of self care! Every man deserves to participate in what he inherently knows is good for his wellebing!
