Friendship Request

Trying to learn about "Friend Requests". Not sure of point in responding yes or no, if there is no way to connect with the person sending request. Responded yes to the first few, with no further contact. Searched user name with no results.

You should be careful -&- wary of "Friend Requests" of new
-or- unknown members with no to very little Board presence
as they could be trying to scam you. -- Don't click onto any
web-site link that may be included on their Profile Page -or-
in the Friend Request Message, as it may contain some kind
of malware virus.

There's been a "Friend Request Bot" that's been plaguing
the Board for quite some time this past year. -- Here's some
