So is DT the same as TF and do all providers know this? I've see a few where folks us TF but then say no DT and sure as hell don't want to assume TF is okay before arrival and get surprised since asking in advance is a no no.

Just saw this one and might be a bit late with this bit of advice -- CBT is also used for "cock & ball torture," so you might want to make sure which meaning is being used to avoid a VERY painful misunderstanding.
