It would be nice to mention in a real world resume that I ran a successful business for almost ten years and all the details that entails...
Having been a serial entrepreneur with a lot of marketing exposure - it's not what you did, it's how you say it that makes the difference.

Here's a sample for you. I'd recommend you read the paragraph first ignoring the bold; then read the comments in italics, and lastly come back to read the paragraph again.. :)

I've put in bold a few words; comments in italics below, I've put it in here to illustrate how you can do it; using some info from other posts from you that I've seen, too lazy to go back and copy paste).

Start resume / summary :

Completed 10 years of successful entrepreneurship in the field of HR, starting with Personal Management and expanding to Mediation and Issue Resolution.

I have helped many clients find the right candidates to fit into the appropriate position, with the flexibility to accommodate different preferences and still deliver satisfactory results. I've received multiple requests to repeat services in different contexts, as well as longer engagements over months or years.

Starting from zero, I have always gone the extra mile to meet clients at their convenience, understand their requirements and deliver the appropriate results to their satisfaction. Over the years the business has grown to support an establishment and multiple staff along with specialist contractors, to provide unparalleled service to my clients.

Over time I have been involved in providing Mediation services to resolve complex issues; some in person, and other times through online interaction. I have received recognition, accolades and rewards in select industry fora; this has also helped me build a network with other practitioners for mutual benefit.

My years in entrepreneurship have widened my horizons and my skill sets; I have learnt a great deal about Business Management, have familiarity with the Legal framework pertaining to industry, expertise in dealing with financial matters including taxation, as well as organizational skills to manage larger projects.

I am under contract / NDA for confidentiality relating to many of the interactions I have been engaged in. While I can provide some general background or examples, I am not at liberty to provide more specific information that may violate the agreements I have entered into.

I am now looking for a suitable opening to work as an intrapreneur within a larger corporate context, where I can use my skills together with a larger pool of resources than what my current business can support. I plan to shut down my current activities in a short while and will be available to focus fully on the new role.

End resume / summary

Comments below :

HR : If they assume it's Human Resources, that's their problem; you meant Human Relationships, a few minutes to an hour at a time.

Personal Management : Some folks would take it as a typo, that you meant Personnel Management; others may not even notice unless you BOLD it like I did.

fit into the appropriate position, with the flexibility to accommodate different preferences : Aka menu options on profile. Since we are striving for PG-13, shall not go into specifics..

in different contexts : incall, outcall, car dates, tubs or more

gone the extra mile : I remember a post where you talked about initially living out of your car, going to different places for outcalls etc and various public facilities for personal care...

support an establishment and multiple staff along with specialist contractors : Establishment : Your home + incall. Staff : Your cleaning lady, salon beautician, Uber/Lyft driver. Specialist contractors : Doctor / Chiropractor / Mechanic / Plumber.

Mediation services to resolve complex issues; some in person, and other times through online interaction :
If you've participated in Duos / kink parties or GB's / visited swinger clubs yadda yadda - that's in person, getting in between aka mediating. Online interaction : TNA and any other websites you use.

recognition, accolades and rewards in select industry fora : Recognition : Rep points. Accolades : Flirts / winks / kisses on the board - I've seen a few from Bvretr and others... Rewards : Didn't you mention on another post that some one sent you a Nordstrom gift card? I'm sure there would have been others at different times.. And TNA is definitely a select industry forum.. as are others..

network with other practitioners : Practitioners : Aka Hobbyists and Providers.

under contract / NDA : TNA rules frown on outing anybody; you clicked "I agree" to join the board.

Man invented language, so that he could express and share his thoughts.
Then he realized language could help conceal his thoughts.
And the pendulum swings eternally.. :)
