Guidelines of TNA Board
We have strict guidelines to ensure we have a level playing field for everyone and to ensure the privacy and security of our hobbiysts, providers and general guests.
Guidelines
Advertisements placed on this board are not screened prior to publication, however, are still subject to strict posting guidelines. Advertisements found violating the board’s posting rules will be removed and the user’s account may be temporarily or permanently shut down. Some of the major violations are:
1) The sale or solicitation of drugs. Even if marijuana is legal in your state it is still against federal law and therefore is prohibited.
2) The sale or solicitation of sex. Prostitution is still illegal in the United States and is therefore prohibited on this board. Advertisers are permitted to use this board to advertise their legal companion, massage, and fetish services only.
3) The advertisement or solicitation in any regard to individuals under the age of 18. TNABoard is solely for the entertainment of adults over the age of 18. No advertisements can be placed by anyone under the age of 18. Anyone doing so, or anyone soliciting a minor on any part of this board will be reported to the proper authorities immediately. This is a zero tolerance policy.
4) The sale or solicitation of any other product or activity that is deemed illegal by state or federal law.
Advertising Guidelines
- Become familiar with our text and photo standards to make your use of our site as pleasurable as possible. Moderators will adhere to these rules to the best of their ability whenever possible.
- TNABoard is simply a publisher and not a content provider. Materials which are submitted are done so without the consent or input of TNABoard staff.
- If any advertiser conveys to us or submits any materials that states (either explicitly OR by use of commonly understood industry terms OR abstractly [ex: by using Emojis]) that the advertiser offers or provides illegal services then the submission will be removed upon discovery, and the account may be temporarily or permanently closed. No refunds will be provided.
- TNABoard only accepts text for legal services.
- TNABoard abides by US law; your advertising location does not determine which laws apply to your ad.
- **Ads that violate any of these guidelines will be deleted and your account may be closed without refund**
Illegal Text
1) Slang sex terms / abbreviations – direct, implied, abstract (ex: Emojis), or coded.
- —Examples include, but are not limited to: Greek; Full Service/FS; GFE; BBBJ; Put Your 🍌 Here 👉👄👈.
- 2) No links to reviews (you have “My Reviews” under your avatar). Instead put ‘See “My Reviews”.’
- 3) General rates may be used for your time, company, and non-sexual services only.
- 4) Location fields can only contain locations; no additional text like incall /outcall, for example.
- 5) Derogatory text aimed at viewers, TNABoard, or other businesses.
- 6) Discriminatory text against race, age, religion, gender, profession, or sexual orientation.
- These guidelines extend to the Title of your ad, your User Title, and your Signature since they all make up part of your ads.
- Important!
- These rules do not apply to private communications on or off the board.
- Additionally
- Any term or phrase used to describe a sexual activity is strictly prohibited in any advertisement on TNABoard. Certain terms and phrases will be a violation because of their sexual definition or because they are commonly used in a sexual manner. Additionally, some of these terms may automatically be flagged and replaced with “***”. Should you see this it means that you have violated our terms of service and further violations may result in a permanent ban of your account. Keep in mind that not all illegal terms or phrases are blocked in this manner, and that this site is for professional dating services only.
Illegal Photos
- 1) No photos that show your genitals. You MAY show your backside and breasts.
- —Verified providers may host full nudes in private albums only.
- 2) No photos wearing or handling dildos/strap-ons.
- —Verified providers may host photos containing unused sex toys in private albums only.
- 3) No photos of sex acts of any kind, either real or simulated, on yourself or on others.
- —There are no exceptions to this rule.
- 4) No photos in ads may include persons other than the advertiser.
- —Ads with an approved duo partner are okay provided their TNA username is clearly displayed in the ad.
- 5) No photos may contain drug paraphernalia or weapons of any kind.
- —There are no exceptions to this rule.
- These guidelines extend to your Avatar, Profile Photo, and any Signature Photos.
